The official registered business name is Page Willowhub (Pty) Ltd. The company was established in 2018 in Cape Town to support mid-market and growing South African firms that needed compliance readiness help without a full-time privacy office.

Brief history

Early work focused on helping Western Cape distributors answer retailer questionnaires after POPIA’s enforcement wave. Word of mouth from accounting practices and logistics operators expanded the practice into policy drafting, staff briefings, and retainers. Today the team still runs engagements from Street: 51 Jan Smuts Drive in City of Cape Town while serving clients across the country remotely.

How we work

We start with the processing activities that already exist—payroll, CRM exports, CCTV logs, courier notes—then match controls and documents to those flows. Workshops stay short, findings stay ranked, and recommendations name owners and dates. We partner with your legal counsel when formal opinions are required rather than substituting for them.
