Process

How a readiness engagement moves from first call to roadmap

A clear sequence for assessments and related work so sponsors know what to prepare, who we need, and when decisions land.

Scoping conversation

We confirm deadlines, buyer questionnaires, sites, and the systems that hold personal information. You leave with a draft scope and fee range—not a software demo.

Processing inventory

Together we list the flows that matter: customers, staff, vendors, visitors. This inventory becomes the spine of interviews and evidence requests.

Evidence and interviews

We review policies, access lists, and operator agreements, then speak with process owners. Gaps are noted with risk language your board can read.

Readiness report

Findings arrive ranked with suggested owners and a 90-day remediation map. The debrief is scheduled around your Cape Town or remote calendar.

Optional follow-on

Policy packs, staff briefings, workshops, or a retainer can continue from the same roadmap. You choose what to commission next.
