Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to advisory engagements, workshops, briefings, and retainers offered by Page Willowhub (Pty) Ltd. It does not cover physical products or online checkout purchases—we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Fees paid for professional services may be refunded in whole or in part when work has not started, when we cancel an engagement we cannot staff, or when a written quote is withdrawn before kick-off. Once interviews, document review, or drafting has begun, fees for completed portions are non-refundable.
Timeframe to request
Refund requests should be emailed to hello@page-willowhub.click within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, our cancellation or a deposit paid for work that never commenced).
Full and partial refunds
Full refunds apply when no billable work has started and no non-recoverable third-party costs were incurred. Partial refunds subtract time already spent at the agreed rates, plus documented travel booked with your approval. Retainers unused at cancellation are refunded for prepaid unused months after any minimum term in the retainer schedule.
Non-refundable items
- Completed assessment reports, policy drafts, and workshop facilitation days already delivered
- Custom materials commissioned for your organisation once drafting has started
- Deposits that secure a briefing date inside seven calendar days when your organisation cancels without shifting the date
Process and timing
Email the engagement name, invoice number, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Give at least five business days’ notice to reschedule workshops or briefings at no charge. Shorter notice may forfeit the deposit or incur a rescheduling fee stated in the quote. Assessments may be paused by mutual written agreement; paused time does not automatically extend fixed-fee discounts.
No-shows and work already started
If key sponsors miss a confirmed session without notice, that session may be marked delivered. Work already started—including inventory workshops and document review—is billed according to progress.
