How we quote
After a short scoping call we confirm processing activities, locations, and deadlines. Assessments and workshops are usually fixed-fee once scope is agreed. Retainers bill monthly against an hour bank. Travel outside the Cape Town metro is itemised separately. No online checkout—approve a written quote and we schedule the work.
